The Challenge
Nova Translate is a well-established Bulgarian translation agency—15 years in business, over 10,000 projects completed, working with major clients like Binance and Revolut. They needed to scale their quoting process for both translations and legalizations. Getting accurate quotes required analyzing documents, counting symbols, factoring in language pairs and service types—a time-consuming process that was bottlenecking growth.
The Solution
We built a custom chatbot that completely automates the quoting process. Customers can upload a document, and the AI automatically analyzes it—counting symbols, identifying the content type, and calculating the price based on the target language and service (translation vs legalization). The quote is then auto-sent to the customer. But we went further: the system integrates directly with their CRM, automatically populating and creating projects for each offer. We also built an access management platform so Nova Translate can control which retail partners across Bulgaria get access to the AI quoting tool.
The Outcome
Quoting is now instant. Upload a document, get a price—no waiting, no back-and-forth. The CRM integration means projects are created automatically, eliminating manual data entry. The chatbot also handles frequently asked questions, freeing up staff for complex inquiries. And the platform is now used across Nova Translate's retail partner network throughout Bulgaria, extending their reach without adding overhead.
