Voice AI Agent Specialist

The Role

We're looking for a Voice AI Agent Specialist to design, build, test, and improve production-ready conversational agents. The position is project-based and can be part-time or full-time depending on your experience and availability. You'll work across conversation design, integrations, prompt engineering, and agent performance.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building and launching voice AI agents
• Strong conversation design, prompt engineering, testing, and debugging skills
• Experience with Voiceflow, telephony platforms, APIs, webhooks, or automation tools
• Comfortable communicating in Bulgarian and English
• Web development experience is a bonus, but not required
